Constructing a consensus and a good reputation avoids contestations that can put a serious risk in the achievement of the objectives of an organization(Nimby risk) as well as favoring the development of new opportunities (shared values)

We performed over  40 projects on  stakeholder engagement and crisis management.


On the basis of our experiences,  the creation of consent and the construction of a good reputation require commitments and openings on the part of organizations and the considered use of instruments of communication that are more or less participative (individual interviews, focus groups, forums, negotiating processes and others), to be selected according to the influence of the stakeholder and the status of the relationship.
